Gary Carter - PGA Advanced Professional

Gary Carter has been a member of the PGA for 26 years and has been our Head Professional for 19 years. In 2011 he was accredited with PGA Advanced status in recognition of his endeavours and commitment to the golf industry during his career.

A former winner of the Essex PGA championship and an accomplished performer on the PGA circuits, Gary has a wealth of experience and knowledge that he can offer you to help develop your own game.

Gary offers tuition to all levels from complete beginners to elite players. He currently coaches two members of the ten man Essex Under 13 squad, is working with players on the various mini professional tours and has worked with one pupil for the last eight years who is now on a full golf university scholarship in Florida.

The combination of Gary’s skills and the excellent practice facilities on offer at the Crowne Plaza Resort, will assist you in honing your technique and improving your enjoyment of the game whatever level you are currently at.
